🚚 Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time from the moment your order leaves our warehouse is:
• European Union: 7 to 10 working days* • Rest of the world: 10 to 14 working days*
All delivery times are expressed in working days and are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the availability of the ordered items, the warehouse processing your order, and the postal or courier service in your country.
deplacer.com will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delays caused by product availability, logistics, customs, or postal services are beyond our direct control.
In any case, preparation and dispatch times will not exceed 60 working days. All timeframes are calculated from the moment full payment of the order has been received.
📦 Orders with Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products and one or more items are temporarily out of stock, your order may be shipped in one of the following ways:
• Single shipment once all items are available
• Multiple shipments as items become available
In case of multiple shipments, the customer pays only the cost of the first shipment. All additional shipments are covered by deplacer.com.
📊 Quantity & Bulk Orders
Orders exceeding 10 units of the same product are considered quantity purchases and may require up to 30 days of preparation time.
Wholesale or bulk purchases must be authorised in advance. The customer may be required to provide valid tax information for verification purposes.
🚛 Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer at checkout. This may be a residential address, workplace, or a third party (for example, a gift recipient).
We also deliver to P.O. Boxes, postal boxes, parcel lockers, and automated parcel machines, where supported by the local postal service or courier.
Depending on the shipment type, delivery may require identification of the recipient and signature upon delivery.
Shipments under the free shipping promotion not exceeding 200€ are sent by standard postal service and do not require a signature.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are legal to import into the destination country and for complying with local customs regulations.
deplacer.com cannot be held responsible for delays, confiscations, or actions taken by customs authorities.
⚠️ Undelivered or Unclaimed Orders
If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as refusal, incorrect address, absence, failure to collect the shipment, or failure to complete customs procedures), the order will be considered abandoned.
In such cases, no refund or compensation will be granted. If the customer requests a reshipment within 14 days, the corresponding shipping and handling costs must be paid in advance.
🔁 Responsibility for Delivery
If an order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the transport company, deplacer.com will assume responsibility and, once the situation is clarified, will arrange a reshipment or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
If non-delivery is due to customer responsibility, any reshipment will be made at the customer’s expense.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product seal or packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective.
Textile products (excluding underwear, swimwear, or similar items) may be exchanged for size within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer and must be sent using a registered, trackable shipping service.
🛠️ Defective Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, the customer must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
To request a replacement, please contact customer service and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), providing:
• Order number or purchase email • Affected product(s) • Description of the issue
Once approved, the defective item must be returned using a trackable shipping method. If the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
💰 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through the customer account using the official refund request form.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless this is not technically possible.
Refund processing times:
• Card payments: up to 30 calendar days • Bank transfers: up to 30 calendar days
Once processed, refunds may take several additional days to appear depending on the financial institution.
📄 Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Products made to order, customised items, or products not listed in the standard catalogue cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
These orders must be paid in full in advance and may be delivered in partial shipments. In such cases, shipping costs are charged only once.
