1. Scope of the Contract

By using the services of the deplacer.com online store, the customer expressly agrees to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed. It is therefore recommended that the customer read these Terms carefully before completing a purchase.
The completion of an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to purchase, subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Price, Payment, Delivery and Returns
I. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are those applicable on the date the order is placed and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process before final confirmation of the order.
In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, the price displayed at the time of purchase shall remain valid, even if the product price changes subsequently.
deplacer.com reserves the right to modify prices, products, and commercial conditions at any time. Such changes shall not affect orders already confirmed.
II. Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods made available to the customer during checkout. Payment on delivery is not accepted.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the country of destination and applicable regulations.
The customer may cancel an order prior to shipment by contacting Customer Service within a maximum period of 24 hours after order confirmation, provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation or shipping process.
If cancellation is accepted, any amount already paid will be refunded using the same payment method within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
III. Delivery
Detailed information regarding available shipping methods, delivery conditions, estimated transit times, tracking availability, and specific limitations of each shipping option is provided in the dedicated “Shipments - Returns” section of the website. This information is accessible via a clearly visible link during the checkout process, prior to the final confirmation of the order, and forms an integral part of the pre-contractual information accepted by the customer when placing an order.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
Delivery times indicated on the website are approximate and non-binding. deplacer.com will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond its control.
In the event that one or more products in an order are unavailable, deplacer.com may proceed with partial shipments. In such cases, the customer shall only bear the cost of the first shipment.
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, refusal, absence, failure to complete customs procedures), the order shall be deemed abandoned. No refund shall be due. A reshipment may be requested within 14 days, subject to payment of additional shipping and handling costs.
deplacer.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders destined for countries with a high incidence of fraud or where delivery conditions cannot be guaranteed.
IV. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, unless the product is defective.
Textile products (excluding underwear, swimwear or similar items) may be exchanged for size within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges shall be borne by the customer and must be sent using a registered and trackable shipping service.
V. Defective Products
In the event of a defective or damaged product, the customer must notify deplacer.com within 14 calendar days from receipt.
To request a replacement, the customer must contact Customer Service and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), providing the order number, affected product(s), and a description of the defect.
Once the return is authorised and the defect verified, deplacer.com will replace the product with an identical or equivalent item at no additional cost.
VI. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Products manufactured on request, customised items, or products not listed in the standard catalogue cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
Such orders must be paid in full in advance and may be delivered in partial shipments. Shipping costs shall be charged only once.
3. Data Protection Policy
Personal data provided by customers shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
Customer data shall be used exclusively for order processing, customer service, and, where expressly authorised, commercial communications. Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and opposition at any time by contacting Customer Service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.deplacer.com, including texts, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and may not be reproduced without express authorisation.
5. Limitation of Liability
deplacer.com shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from delays attributable to third parties.
Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations due to manufacturer updates shall not constitute grounds for claims, provided the product’s intended use is not affected.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the country of the seller’s establishment.
